  • Comlink LTE Internet & Mobility Services are prepaid every 30 days on a month-to-month basis. Prepaid service is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time. If you would like to cancel, a call to our customer service department is needed at 855 926-0311
  • Any Leased/ rental equipment must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, or the customer will be subject to a $199 to $900 Termination fee per device. BYOD stands for bringing your own device related to Comlink mobility
Equipment Return Policy:
When you purchase Comlink LTE equipment you will have a 14-day money-back guarantee on the equipment. For a full refund, all equipment should be returned that was sent to you, i.e., remotes, antennas, ethernet cord, HDMI Cable, Box, etc. Any unreturned items or damaged equipment will result in a forfeiture of the refund. All shipping & service fees are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible to cover any shipping costs when returning equipment.
Warranty:
1-year manufacturer warranty on all Comlink LTE Equipment. Please check with the device manufacturer for warranty return policies.
Auto-Pay:
By providing Your checking account, credit card, or debit card information (collectively, Payment Method), You authorize COMLINK TOTAL SOLUTIONS CORP to store Your Payment Method and COMLINK TOTAL SOLUTIONS CORP and Your financial institution to charge automatically to the Payment Method You have provided (1) the amount of Your monthly bill due each month and (2) any amounts outstanding if You cancel COMLINK TOTAL SOLUTIONS CORP service(s), including any applicable cancellation fees and equipment non-return fees. You certify You are the owner of the Payment Method, and You have the authority to authorize storage of and charges to the Payment Method You provided. You may choose another Payment Method by contacting COMLINK TOTAL SOLUTIONS CORP and providing the new Payment Method information. You understand Your monthly payments will be charged on the date indicated on Your monthly bill and any final payment will be charged upon cancellation. You agree to update Your Payment Method, if there is a change in the Payment Method information, such as account information or expiration date. COMLINK TOTAL SOLUTIONS CORP can receive updated card information from the financial institution issuing the card.
