CTS5G Modem:
How to setup the APN for a T-mobile sim card
1- Connect to your Wi-Fi network
2- Type the following IP address in your browser: 192.168.1.1
3- Once the following window opens, enter the password: admin
Once logged in, please follow the steps below:
1- In the menu that appears on the right click on Network, then choose Modem
2- When the screen shows “Radio module“, please update the PDP type to “IPV4” and keep Channel Config in “AUTO”
3- Hit “SAVE & APPLY”
When the 4-G opens, follow the steps below:
1- Select the first tab: General Setup
2- Enable option 4/5G module
3- Type the APN: fast.t-mobile.com
4- Press "SAVE & APPLY" and wait for the system to update the new APN
• To make sure the modem updated the APN, go to menu, select System, then click "WEB CMD" and choose the first tab.
• The established APN will appear on the 4th line of the command.
As the last step, please perform reboot:
• Go to menu, select System, then click "Reboot" and hit the "perform reboot" red button.
• When Reboot is complete, please power cycle the modem and try to connect to the network.
• Once connected to your network, open your browser and type https://www.speedtest.net/ to test the connection.
How to setup the APN for the ATT sim card:
1- Connect to your Wi-Fi network
2- Type the following IP address in your browser: 192.168.1.1
3- Once the following window opens, enter the password: admin
Once logged in, please follow the steps below:
1- In the menu that appears on the right click on Network, then choose Modem
2- When the screen shows “Radio module" make sure the PDP type and Channel Config are in “AUTO”
Now to enter the APN, please go to the menu Network - Interface, then go to: 4G and hit "edit"
When the 4-G opens, follow the steps below:
1- Select the first tab: General Setup
2- Enable option 4/5G module
3- type the APN: broadband
4- Press "SAVE & APPLY" and wait for the system to update the new APN
• To make sure the modem updated the APN, go to menu, select System, then click "WEB CMD" and choose the first tab.
• The established APN will appear on the 4th line of the command.
As the last step, please perform reboot:
• Go to menu, select System, then click "Reboot" and hit the "perform reboot" red button.
• When Reboot is complete, please power cycle the modem and try to connect to the network.
• Once connected to your network, open your browser and type https://www.speedtest.net/ to test the connection.
Factory reset For CTS5G Modem:
2- Type the following IP address in your browser: 192.168.1.1
3- Once the following window opens, enter the password: admin
Once logged in, please follow the steps below:
• Go to menu, select System, then click “Backup / Flash Firmware" and hit the "perform reset" red button.
• When the factory reset is complete, please power cycle the modem and try to connect to the network.
• To setup the APN, please check the corresponding manual (Comlink CTS5G modem - APN instructions)
How to create - change your password for CTS5G Modem?
1- Connect to your Wi-Fi network (current password: 1234567890)
2- type the following IP address in your browser: 192.168.1.1
3- Once the following window opens, enter the password: admin
Once logged in, please follow the steps below:
1- In the menu that appears on the right click on Network, then choose “Wireless”
2- When the screen shows “Wireless Overview" choose the 1st network and hit “Edit”
3- In "Device Configuration" make sure that the information of the first tab is shown
4- Then in "Interface Configuration" click on the second tab
5- In the options available in "Encryption" choose the last option (mixed mode)
6- Add your new password and then press save & apply
• Now follow the same steps on the second available network (5G network)
• For your Wifi security, make sure you have updated the password for both networks,
Otherwise, it could be a risk that someone can use your network without your permission.
APN Setting up – GTEN 5
1 – When the modem has fully powered on, simply search for the network name
“INFINITE” in your WIFI settings on your device, type the password 1234567890
2- Open Chrome and type: http://192.168.2.1/
3- Type Username: admin / Password: admin, then press “sign in”
4- In the left menu options, select "4G modem setting"
5 - Enter the APN that corresponds according to the assigned line:
T-mobile: b2b.static or fast.t-mobile.com
Verizon: so01.VZWSTATIC
Make sure that the following information is placed in the configuration:
PDP Type: Ipv4
Authentication: none
6 - Hit apply and then power cycle the device.
7 – Turn on the modem and connect to the network, then verify that the status
Shows "connected" and do a test at https://www.speedtest.net/
UPDATE YOUR NETWORK PASSWORD
➢ Plug the power cord into your LTE modem
➢ Connect your modem to the INFINITE_0100A4 network, then enter the password 1234567890
➢ When the connection is established, please access the browser and type in the navigation bar the following IP address: 192.168.2.1
➢ Once connected please enter the user: admin - followed by the password: admin
➢ When you enter the portal, click on the second image (Wireless status), then go to the WPA-PSK Key option and set your new password, press "Apply" next.
➢ The WIFI network will restart, after that you must enter your new password.
GTEN – R2 Standard APN Change Instructions
Follow the steps listed below to set your APN:
Step 1. Make sure your computer/device is connected to the Internet device either via ethernet cable or wifi (Wifi name is GTEN_XXXXXX)
Step 2. Open an Internet browser such as Google Chrome.
Step 3. Type in the following information in the URL section of the web browser, 192.168.1.1, and then hit enter.
Step 4. Enter the password to access the modem, The default password is the word, admin
Step 5. You will now be at the Internet device home page, now look for a section that says CONNECTION STATUS, in the box, you will be able to shut off any active LTE connections, this is required so you can make changes to the device.
Step 6. Now continue on the device home page and look for a section that says NETWORK SETTINGS, in that section, you will be able to find the link to update your settings, click on the NETWORK settings link to continue.
Step 7. After you click on the NETWORK settings link, you will now have access to the connection settings menu, now click on the APN button.
Step 8. Now you are at APN settings. The device default is set to automatic and usually, that works for everyone but in the event, you need to manually set your APN, now click on the circle to choose MANUAL.
Step 9. Now click on the ADD NEW button to open up the options and add a new APN profile.
Step 10. Now click on the ADD NEW button to open up the options and add a new APN profile.
Step 11: Click on Set as default
Step 12: press back on the top left then click the LTE back to ON, power cycle the modem, and all should be set
R2 Standard APN Change Instructions For T-Mobile Sim Card:
Have the customer go to their web browser and type in 192.168.1.1 this screen will appear (they have to be connected to the modem either via wifi or directly with an ethernet cable
Have them click on Network in left menu then 3G/4G on the top menu, this screen will appear then they need to click on Advanced Set up the blue print with the arrow next to it below
This is the screen that appears when they click on advanced settings make sure it is as shown below then click save have the customer power cycle the device and re-check speed
How to change or check APN Settings for Red Plan (Verizon – R2 Modem 4G)
· Once the modem is activated plug in and power on (red button on the back of equipment)
· Connect the modem either directly to your computer via the ethernet cable or wirelessly by connecting to the network: DYNAMI_XXXXXX password: 1234567890
· Open the internet browser and type 192.168.100.1
· Type admin and click on the orange login button
· Go up to the browser search bar and backspace until the # symbol and replace with apn_setting so the full URL should read: 192.168.100.1/index

· You will see a section that says Mode click on the circle that says, Manual
· Click the orange button that says Add New
· In the Profile Name section type: vzwplus
· APN Section type: so01.VZWSTATIC
· Make sure PDP is set to IPV4
· Click Apply (you will see it says Success)
· Power the device off and then back on with a red button on back of the device
· Wait for the WIfi light to turn green
LAX20 Modem:
Please power cycle the modem for 5 minutes.
MOXIE Modem:
